Is this a job board for candidates?
No. It is a tool for companies and recruitment agencies. You bring the candidates. They never search or apply on this site themselves.
How do candidates get into the product?
Two ways. Bulk upload from Excel or CSV, with email as the key field. Or a connector to the platform you already use: Bullhorn, RecruitCRM, Recruiterflow, or JobAdder.
Does this replace the recruiter?
No. It runs the first-round voice interview and scores answers against your criteria. Shortlist, offer, and hire stay with your team.
Which languages are available?
The product is in English, Arabic, and German. You choose which languages a job allows, and the candidate picks from that list when they start.
